The Vtech RM5766 HD Smart Wifi Video Monitor allows you to keep an eye on your little one, wherever you are at home. With up to 22 hours of battery life, these baby monitors are the perfect way to go through your day, while your baby snoozes or plays.
This smart video baby monitor has a portable unit that allows you to reassure your baby from another room with the two-way talk-back intercom. The Temperature Sensor feature on these baby monitors ensures your little one can snooze in their room at the perfect temperature. The unit can be mains or battery-powered.
Automatic infrared night vision detects dim light, allowing you to see your baby in the dark. Nightlight included, so your little one is soothed to sleep with this smart video baby monitor.
The camera on this smart video monitor can zoom up to 30 times and wide angle viewing up to 135 degrees. The VTech baby monitor also features a power-saving mode with a low battery indicator. Basic app features do not require a WiFi connection. Users can connect to their WiFi for additional app-based features with these video baby monitors. Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).
Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.
Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.
Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
