Safety
Quartz 360 features integrated G-CELL panels and a memory foam headrest that protect your child in the event of a side collision, as well as a secure 5-point safety harness. The 360° rotating FlexiSpin base ensures your little one can travel in the safest rearward-facing position up to 4 years old, and they can face forwards if you prefer from 15 months old.
Ease of Use
Getting your little one into their car seat ahead of each journey is simple. The rotating base lets you easily rotate the base towards you so you can place them in their seat with ease. The easy-in harness hooks ensure the straps stay open and out of the way while getting them in position.
Age Range
Because Quartz 360 comes with the Maxi-Cosi Newborn inlay, your little one can use it from day one (40 cm). As they grow, you can remove the Newborn inlay and keep them sitting comfortably in the car all the way up to 4 years old (105 cm) thanks to the adjustable headrest height positions and harness.
Comfort
Your little one travels in comfort thanks to Quartz 360’s five comfortable recline positions. This makes it easier for them to lie back, relax and get some sleep while you’re on the road. The soft Eco Care fabrics add to the comfort levels, and the adjustable headrest and harness help you ensure they’re secured correctly and comfortably in their seat.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).
Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.
Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.
Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
