Self-adapting fabric - Carrying what matters most from day one. Smart stretch fabric means the back panel intuitively adapts to your child’s body shape and size as they grow. It’ll keep them comfortable without any need to adjust from birth until they turn 3.
Kangaroo pocket - Build your relationship from the very start. The Kangaroo Pocket lets a parent use their hands to support and forge an even closer bond with their baby. Made with the softest of breathable mesh fabrics, it’ll caress them on every adventure.
Magnetic click & go buckle - The beauty is in the simplicity of the Magnetic Buckles that adorn the LAYA Carrier. Cleverly designed to make whoever is wearing its life easy when putting a baby in or taking them out of the carrier. They slide smoothly into place, but a safety button needs to be pressed before they are released, to keep your precious cargo safe and secure.
Detachable coin purse - Keep your valuables close at hand with a trendy coin purse which can be unclipped for convenience or attached for extra peace of mind.
Cushioned neck support - Support your baby as they grow. For newborns and smaller babies, the cushioned neck support folds up on the inside of the carrier to keep their head and neck braced. Once they are big enough, this can be opened outwards and connected by buttons.
Ergonomic support - Ergonomically support your baby and help their hip health at the same time. Cleverly placed padding around their knees combined with the back panel’s fabric’s elasticity produces a natural M-shaped, squatting and spreading posture. Supporting their spine and promoting a curved C shape, helps your baby’s development but still gives them lots of room to move.

Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.

Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.

If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).

Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.

Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.

Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.

Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.

In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.

If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.

Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.

All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.

Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
