PRODUCT DETAILS
What’s Included:
The main body with frames for the CoZee Go 3-in-1 Bassinet, Travel Cot & Playpen, a zippable bassinet insert for newborns, a foldable mattress that can be used with the bassinet insert or with the floor level cot mode and a carry case for storage or travelling.
Mattress Information:
Made with corn fibre wadding. Cover is 100% Polyester.
Care Instructions:
Outer fabrics can be sponge cleaned with a mild detergent. Zip off bassinet insert and remove inside board, then pop in the washing machine for a deep clean. To clean the cot frames, just wiped down with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
What Sheets You Need:
For the bassinet mode when the mattress is folded you would use our standard CoZee crib fitted sheets. For the floor level cot mode you would use cot bed fitted sheets (70 x 140cm).
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).
Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.
Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.
Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
