The Purflo Sleep Starter Bundle in Soft White is perfect for ensuring your little one is kept snug, safe and secure when drifting off to the land of nod, and includes the award-winning Sleep Tight baby bed, Swaddle To Sleep Bag 2.5 TOG and Starlight Colour-Changing Room Thermometer.
The Purflo Sleep Tight Baby Bed has a fully breathable mesh base and sides that allow air to safely circulate allowing your little one to breathe easily all night. Traditionally, nests have been designed with cushioned sides, that can cause suffocation, which is why Purflo have included structured sides as your little one won’t be able to cover their face or head fully.
The Swaddle To Sleep Bag 2.5 TOG has been developed to offer parents a safer, healthier bedding solution for newborns and young infants. It features unique breathable panels and the option to swaddle arms in or out. The Swaddle To Sleep Bag grows with new babies with an extended length which is certified hip healthy.
The Starlight Colour-Changing Room Thermometer is beautifully designed and helps you keep baby’s room at a safe temperature. It’s portable so can accompany baby everywhere. The colour changes from Blue for “too cold”, Green for “just right”, Amber for “getting too warm” and Red for “too hot”. There’s a chargeable lithium battery which means no dangerous wires to trip over.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).
Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.
Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.
Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
