Doona i Car Seat & Stroller is a fully integrated travel system, allowing you to move from car seat to stroller in seconds. Doona i meets the strictest car seat and stroller safety standards and is R129 certified, (meets the European i-Size safety regulation).
Doona i features an integrated 5-point harness; designed to distribute forces evenly across baby’s shoulders and hips.The 5-point harness is connected to the adjustable headrest, making them both easy to adjust depending on your baby’s height and avoids having to rethread the harness. Both the harness and headrest provide safety and comfort for your child, using energy absorbing, baby-safe materials.
Along with an integrated headrest and harness, the car seat comes with the Doona side impact protection add-on (SIP.) Simple to use with its magnetic connection, the add-on provides enhanced side impact protection in case of an impact on the side of your vehicle and better protects your little one by absorbing energy. But not to worry, the Doona i can also be used without, thanks to its innovative double wall structure, which also provides side impact protection.
The car seat & stroller’s sleek design allows you to effortlessly get from A to B with your child whether it's in your car, public transport or strolling around the city. The high durability wheels are designed for day-to-day strolls and maximises comfort for your little one, whilst the smooth faux leather handlebar cover and longer handle design ensures ease for parents too. product care
The Doona seat cover, shoulder pads and canopy can be removed for washing. Before cleaning, check the care label sewn on the seat cover, for washing instructions. If the seat cover needs to be replaced at any time, use only an official Doona seat cover because it constitute an integral part of the restraint performance. To clean the shell, you can use a damp cloth.
warranty
For the Doona Car Seat, we provide a 2-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase.
delivery
We charge a flat rate delivery charge of £3.99 on all orders that have a value of £49.99 or less. Any orders over the total value of £50 or more, includes delivery free of charge (Excluding large furniture items). There may be a surcharge for addresses located outside of mainland UK, including addresses within the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey and BFPO (British Forces Post Office).
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).
Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.
Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.
Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
