The BabyBjörn Winter Cover For Baby Carrier in Black is the perfect accessory to keep your little one warm during the colder months. The ultralight cover is padded, wind and water repellent, and has been specially developed to protect your baby from the cold.
Dress your baby in weather-appropriate clothing, but remember that our winter cover is warm in itself. We recommend that you regularly check to make sure that your baby is neither too hot nor too cold.
The hood is easy to put on and take off. It’s also reversible, meaning you can use it while babywearing in either the facing-in or facing-out position. The hood has been specially designed to allow fresh air to flow in. Remember to always ensure that your baby can breathe freely. When you’re not using the hood, you can stow it away in the practical pocket on the outside of the cover.
The winter cover has been designed to keep your baby warm without weighing you down. Despite being light and thin, it’s packed with high-performance thermal insulation padding that locks in heat and provides superior comfort. When you’re not using the cover, you can pack it into its inner pocket and easily carry it with you.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. For orders under £150, the cost of delivery is £6.95 per delivery address to the UK mainland. For orders to UK Highlands & Islands the cost is £15 for orders weighing under 30kg and £50 for those weighing over 30kg. Standard delivery times vary and will be stated on the item. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will let you know immediately with an expected due date. You will have the option to cancel your order.
Returns
At Tiny Feet our return policy is simple. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.
If you or your little one is not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned unused and undamaged within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit card it was purchased on, less any shipping charges (this includes shipping costs not charged to a customer for any free online delivery).
Up to 30 days we will gladly issue an exchange on any items undamaged and unused.
Delivery charges will apply to returns and exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on special orders or large furniture items unless faulty.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.
Making a return or exchange
All returns must be approved by Tiny Feet.
In the event of a return, please email us within the specified timeframes at customerservice@tinyfeetonline.co.uk with the word RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject.
If you require a refund or exchange, we will send you a return authorisation code which you will need to note down on your return slip.
If you require an exchange, please state the colour and/or size that you require.
Please make sure that your return is well packed (we strongly advise that you use the packaging the products arrived in) and insured for its full value and ask your post office for proof of postage (this is free of charge) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
All damage or defect claims must be made within 2 days of package arrival. Please ensure that you inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as we will not be able to honour damage claims not advised to us within the specified timeframe.
Customers should contact Tiny Feet for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require an inspection, so please retain all packing materials.
